We recently had Aaron do our home inspection for pre-purchase and we were very impressed by his thoroughness and... knowledge. He had no problem with us following him around during the inspection and explained everything as he went. We asked a lot of questions and instead of giving us a quick answer he would walk with us to the questioned spot and talk us through/show us the answer. I would give 10 stars if I could. Aaron did a great job on the inspection, taking many pictures and providing very... detailed notes in all areas of concern. When I spoke with him on the phone about a few areas of concern discovered in the house he was very patient and thoroughly explained the problem and the extent of needed repairs. He even provided links to resources so I could do a bit more research on my own. I will definitely recommend him and will hire him again on my next home inspection.read more

The inspector, Aaron Zuehlke missed several things. Including the oven hood had no wiring ran to it. There were... several electric issues that were missed and I have had to spend close to $500 to get everything fixed. I also put the 90 day warranty claim in and nothing was covered. I do not recommend Zuehlke inspection service to anyone.read more

I compared other home inspectors before deciding on Zuehlke for my inspection and I really think that I made the best... choice. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable. He responded to my emails promptly and was very easy to work with. I accidentally gave him some confusing information when scheduling but Aaron knew the right questions to ask and got everything clarified before the inspection. I could tell he really is an expert on home inspection business. He was very thorough and honestly did a great job. He stuck by his quoted price and he seemed very honorable and trustworthy. He was great to work with and seems like an overall good and respectable man. He gave excellent advice and brought a lot of details to my attention.read more
