Well inspections and water testing is a necessary step in purchasing a home served by a well. We hold a Well Pump Installers License which allows us to inspect and test wells for property transfers. Our well inspection includes a visual inspection of the water system, pressure tank, well cap and casing for compliance with the code when it was installed. We will test the water for Bacteria, Nitrates, and Arsenic and provide you with a well inspection report along with water sample lab results.
